A local arts organization is at the center of a new national TV ad for an initiative called Stand for the Arts.

Riverviews Artspace is one of 25 nationwide organizations featured in a new PSA for Ovation TV. The goal is to highlight small organizations that have taken a significant financial hit in the shutdown.

"A smaller organization like ourselves don't have a megaphone. An organization like Ovation help us to be to be heard," Executive Director Kim Sorenson said.
