Announcing Artists for 12th Annual Juried Art Show at Riverviews Artspace

LYNCHBURG, VA (SEPTEMBER 2020) –
Even in these strange and busy times, Riverviews Artspace says the art show must go on. After a summer long open call, a great variety of artwork from 97 artists from all around the country entered the 12th Annual Juried Art Show. The 2020 juror, Jeffry Cudlin, Washington, DC-based artist, critic, curator and Professor of Curatorial Studies and Practice at Maryland Institute College of Art, meticulously selected 26 artists for the exhibition. Cudlin will be announcing his winners for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes during the First Friday public reception on November 6th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

People’s Choice Award voting will begin 5pm on November 6th through 5pm November 30th. Voting can be done during a visit to the exhibition or online once the exhibition opens. The winner of the $100 prize will be announced December 4th at 6:30pm during First Friday.
The 12th Annual Juried Art Show will be on view in the Craddock-Terry Gallery at Riverviews Artspace beginning November 6th through December 11th.
