Curious about what Risograph printing is? No idea what it is? Either way, we can show you! Come out to the SPARKS Lab for our first Risograph workshop! We’ll be focusing on two-color printing to introduce everyone to the process of what this printer can do.
During the workshop, we’ll be discuss what Risograph printing is and how it works (as well as it's quirks). We'll also be showing off examples of zines and prints created using it.
*Spots are limited to 6 participants, but we plan to offer more workshops in the coming months!*
Each workshop participant will get a run of 20 2-color 8.5x11 prints of their designs. Feel free to trade with your fellow participants as well!
(See more info at our website or visit our Stencil.wiki.)
We’ll provide supplies (i.e. paper, mark-making materials, collage supplies, etc), but you’re welcome to bring your own favorites to use as well.
Just make sure you only bring black/gray tools with you, as we’ll need grayscale images to scan in.
Class Fee: $50 per participant - includes 20 prints and access to materials (paper, mark-making materials, collage supplies, etc)
