Artist Statement:
I have been body painting my own body since I was a child. My mother used to get upset because it wasn't on paper and wasn't something she could hold onto forever. For me, that was the whole point. The painting goes away physically but, becomes a beautiful memory that stays within your heart forever. “Moments” is a series of my body paintings. Each painting is just a moment on a living breathing canvas. I have 100’s of moments that I have not photographed for permanent evidence. In this exhibit I have those that were captured in time, to share with you all. My goal is to continue to bring out the beauty in our own bodies through painting. I want each model to feel empowered in the moments they breathe with my paintings as one.
Bio:
Ellee Evans is a 24 year old actor, artist, and business entrepreneur. She creates magical memories through her business Enchanted Entertainment and events with her friends at Wolfbane Productions. She dedicates this series to her beloved four legged best friend, Fe Lousie the Bulldog.
