Lynchburg’s Underground Movie Club is a monthly film program hosted by national bronze artist and local film connoisseur, Ken Faraoni. The movies that are shown are cult classics, B movies, golden oldies, and weird indie films.

Earth has sent Commander J.J. Adams (Leslie Neilson) and his crew to investigate a colony on Altair-4 that has gone dark. They only find Dr. Morbius, an agreeable man who may be hiding something, and his daughter, Altaira (real original, Dr. Dad). A monster had made quick work of the colony, but has been dormant for years. As the crew lingers on the planet, strange occurrences happen, the history of the Altair is revealed, and the monster is revealed. Had to watch the trailer for this movie twice because it was just really cool.

The doors open at 7:00 p.m. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.
