Artist Contract & Consignment Agreement

We are thrilled to highlight your work in the Craddock Terry Gallery of Riverviews Artspace. Please review the artist contract and consignment agreement below. After review please fill out the form and return it in person or via email. We must receive a signed contract from each artist along with a copy of your W9 on or before your assigned drop off day. 

For those shipping their work: 

Please print out the form and include it in the box with your artworks along with your W9 and a prepaid return label in the event that your work does not sell. The date on the form should be the day you filled it out and the end date will be two weeks after the end of the exhibition. 

All artists should be sure to keep a signed copy of this agreement for their records. Riverviews Artspace reserves the right to not include work in the gallery that does not meet all of the specifications outlined in this contract.

  • If you have multiple artworks, number them as you write. If you are including prints, please write the quantity and name and retail price below. Use the back of the paper if you need more space. You do not need to fill out separate contracts per artwork.


ATTENTION ARTISTS: By participating in any of our exhibits you are giving us the permission to use your artworks in promo as we see fit. We have the right to manipulate artwork to fit a flier etc. You will get credit for the flier.  If you do not want your work to be used in promo before the exhibit or during, please tell us. If you have any issues with this, tell us beforehand. Everything we create is for your promotion as well as the exhibit. We take care of our artists and have your best interest at heart, but need your cooperation to do so.
